This Terms and Condition is agreement between User (as defined below) and PT Teknologi Lintas Negeri Abadi (“Alphalitical” or “We”) and applies for all Alphalitical Services (as defined below). The User shall read, agree, and accept all of these Terms and Conditions, including those expressly set out herein and those that are included by reference, prior the User uses the Alphalitical Services. By using the Alphalitical Services as mentioned in these Terms and Conditions, hence the User will be deemed has agreed with the following Terms and Conditions and therefore agree to comply and abide to the whole provisions as stipulated below in good faith. The User agrees and understand that these Terms and Conditions is an integral part of Privacy Policy and therefore, by abiding to these Terms and Conditions, the User will also be subject to the Privacy Policy.

Alphalitical may change these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at anytime by displaying the new version at Alphalitical’s website and/ or if necessary, will be notified in written to the User. The newest version will be effective as soon as we display it in Alphalitical’s website or upon the written notice is conducted, whichever occur first. Therefore, it is highly advisable that the User should visit Alphalitical website periodically.

The User is fully responsible for accepting and complying on every prevailing law, rules and regulation in User’s jurisidiction, including any prevailing laws and regulations with respect to the use of Alphalitical Services. Introduction
